KRIPALU YOGA
Meditation in Motion
Kripalu Yoga is a unique way to integrate body,
mind, and spirit through opening to the wisdom of your body. The body
is used as a doorway through which we focus our awareness and by which
our body's inborn potential for well-being is unleashed. Through breathwork,
postures and relaxation, we can rejuvenate and re-balance all the
bodily systems: endocrine, nervous, muscular, skeletal, immune, circulatory,
and digestive.
Why Kripalu Yoga?
